Up to 40% of food around the world is wasted. That adds up to an estimated 400 billion dollars per year, according to the UN. But the practice of upcycling food is catching on - a growth industry that’s working to make sure much more of the food that’s produced isn’t wasted. We’re joined by Turner Wyatt, CEO of the Upcycled Food Association.
